Heh. Well, I could have went into a lot more detail about what I
specifically like, but my e-mail wasn't really meant to be an apologetic
for Ruby. More just letting you guys know I've been working with Ruby
and enjoying it. Was hoping it might steer the list away from all that
boring system admin stuff we normally talk about toward a really
interesting subject like programming. ;)

In my off-work hours I'm writing a cross platform computer game in Ruby.
I don't have enough done yet to advertise it, but I do make the source
available on my site so that it is publicly GPL'd.

I'm also am looking for a good excuse to try out this whole "Ruby on
Rails" thing. It is probably about time to give my church web site a
face-lift, so I should get an opportunity soon.
