[aklug] Alaska peering - SUMMARY

OK, then ... the results of my informal Alaskan peering survey are
attached, as a small matrix PNG.
It appears that the major Alaska providers (defined as those whose
direct upstreams are out of state - ACS, AT&T, GCI, MTA) all peer with
each other directly in Alaska ... except for AT&T, who peers with nobody.

Arthur, it looks like the red tape machine is under your desk. :-)
