To access the doc it has to be shared out. At present its not available.
Also, for those not used to google docs, your browser authenticates one google
doc site at a time, so if you are using more than one google doc site at a time
your best bet is multiple browsers. Google docs are shared by e-mail
address/account, so if you have a google docs acct you typically use, and the
doc is shared to you at that account, you will see the doc when you open your
account. SO, if you have a district, corporate or other google app domain
account that you don;t want this file in, then the file needs to be shared with
you with an address other than that used for your google app account
