Thought you guys would want to see this. I have no other information

Title: Resource Technician
Synopsis: Member of the Client Solutions Center providing technical
solutions and support for AT&T Alascom Business customers. To provide
network design, implementation, and support of large and small customer
networks. Act as second and third level escalation point on customer
issues. Assist Engineering and Network Support Analyst with new product
development and upkeep of AIS core infrastructure.
Required Skills: Firm knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, QoS,
dynamic routing, IP Addressing/Subnetting, DHCP, and VPN services are
required. Proven ability to work in fast paced, self-directed
environments. Strong skills in prioritization, follow-through, technical
depth, and organization.
Desired Network Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years working in a network design
and/or network support capacity. 3-5 years of experience configuring,
implementing, and supporting routing and switching environments (Cisco
or Juniper preferred). Strong written & oral communications skills.
