Mike,

mirrors.acs is locked down to my best guess at Alaskan IP space, but
you're coming from a broad /16 of AT&T space that isn't obviously
Alaska-specific, so I missed it.

Drop me a line off-list with a smaller block and I'd be happy to add it.
