At first, I thought that this was because zsync is not installed on
mirrors.acsalaska.net, but then I remembered that zsync is supposed to
be a serverless protocol.

So having no other experience with it, I'm not sure what the issue is,
but as I understand it, if the files are readable on the server, zsync
should work.

What syntax are you using?
