[aklug] yum reinstall all?

I did a 'yewidiot' yesterday and typed:
# find /usr -iname <blah>

no big, except I spelled 'find' as 'rm -rf'. Yeah, I know.

So there was no longer a /usr

I've been able to mostly recover by simply rsync -rav /usr/* from the centos livecd, but I'd still like to rebuild all the packages just to make sure everything's groovy. Is there something in the centos world like gentoo's 'emerge -uvDN world'? maybe (in pcode) "yum --reinstall all" or "rpm -qa | xargs rpm -Uvh {}" or something similar?

Thanks!
