This is something we've run into before: it *seems* (though I haevn't
been able to verify it) that ecartis blindly strips the content type
header and replaces it with text/plain so e-mails that are sent "quoted
printable" or base64 encoded (like yours were) are mangled.

Your message run through base64 -d came out just fine. :)
