I need to look into the gmail option soon... I could continue to managing my own email but it's getting to more work then its worth. I would also need another server to host it. That's extra $...

I haven't tried this cloud thing yet, but looking at the documentation,
it appears they basically just give you an IP address for your server
and it's up to you to get a domain for it if desired and point the DNS
records to it.

If you're already doing that, it seems like it should be fairly simple
to set up a free account at Gmail and point the MX records to it at the
same time. That's essentially what I have going on my @jimgribbin.com
setup.
