[aklug] rsync for Windoz?

Before you ask, I'm already trying to set up a linux hard drive to swap out so that I can use linux. But the sad facts of life are right now I'm stuck with using Windoz. What I could use for the time being is something like rsync for Windowz. I need to be able to tell it to upload 14,000 files in 2 nested directories totaling about 5 gb to a different webserver across the internet each time, and preferably using FTP as some of the servers I have to do this to don't come with anything else. Some utilities bog down after 2000 files, or a couple of hours, or a gb of data, and have to be restarted. I need something I can set and forget. Anybody know of anything like this?
