SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

Synopsis of Position: Provide technical support for business and
residential customers. Position may require evening and weekend
shifts. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: Extensive customer care
experience as well as a technical background is required. Knowledge of
routers (Juniper), switches,CSU/DSUs, Firewalls. Understands TCP/IP,IP
Addressing/Subnetting, IP Routing, DNS, DHCP.

Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: Network security,
Network Management Systems, WiMax experience.
