[aklug] Curses-Based Program Launcher

I'm working on my first real application in C, and I was hoping a few of
you guys might play around with it. It's still in a very early stage, but
I have found it useful already. Functionality and look are simple now, but
I think it could become very attractive and multi-faceted in a few
versions.
