There you have it, and the 4gb Sansa Clip is on Amazon for $58ish w/
"free" shipping. Shop around if you think you can beat that price. I'm
not endorsing this product, but it does appear to fit all of the
required specs ($50-$100, MP3/OGG, portable, platform independent).
Bonus: FM radio, Mic, voice recorder.
