I've been using AVAST! Antivirus for quite a while. It seems to do good,
plus it *unlike others* allows the admin to do at the quarantine issues
either at the workstation or at the centralized admin server. So the
flexability is great.
The bonus is that its free to home users, registration still required
but free.
