[aklug] Re: IRC

The OP status, gives us control of the room, so if people are trash talking,
or saying stuff that is inappropriate or just being annoying or obnoxious.
It gives us the oportunity to warn them and or mute or kick them from the
room, it also gives us the priviledge to ban them if needed.
