Vmware server is free now as well. The only issue is that with Vmware
server you can only have one snapshot. It works great in a work enviroment
if configured properly.

Vmware is an excellent solution for this, actually. It wouldn't even cost
them anything if someone were to set it up for him with vmplayer.
