Should I ask?

I'm getting an average of 3Mbps right now on my cable modem. Is this a
mistake by GCI, or some new policy?

I've had 300kbyte/s a few times before, but never have I downloaded 8MB
files in ~20 seconds...

Anyone else notice very fast speeds this afternoon?
