Hrm. With Vonage one monthly fee lets you call anywhere in the US or
Canada (no by minute charges). They also have free calling to eight
european countries now (more coming soon). That's the primary reason I
use their service (that and the whole Deutsche-Telekom monopoly on rates
over here).
