One of my personal favorites is the Adaptec SNAP Server...
It can talk

Microsoft Networks (CIFS/SMB), UNIX (NFS v2/3), Apple (AFP v2/v3), Internet
(HTTP 1.1), File Transport Protocol (FTP)

It can connect to nearly any type of network.
