Greetings all, I am giving a presentation to the Alaska Computer Society
- - PC Users Group tomorrow night on SimplyMEPIS. I will emphasize the
distinctives of the o/s (unix lineage, free(dom), collaborative
development, community, etc.). The meeting is at the BP Energy Center
(ask at the desk for the exact location). Beginners session starts at
6:30pm. Regular meeting starts at 7:00pm with a goodie break at about
7:30pm. I go on about 7:40pm. There will also be a bit about Vista
before I go on, and a Mac-o-phile will follow to talk about Apple's OS/X.
