MB Proc and Video card for sale

I am looking to sell the following items as a set.
 

PNY Nvidia Geforce 6800 GT 256 DVI/VGA

MSI MS-6702 socket 754

I am trying to raise cash for a new motherboard for a new gaming machine.
This was my gaming box but I am having driver issues under windows. I have
run this setup with Debian and there are no problems at all. The only thing
that I can say for sure is that I have never been able to flash the bios
since I bought the board new. It has not really been a problem for me as I
have not really needed to flash the bios. I only tried as I wanted to get
the latest of everything and flashing just did not work. I don't know why.
I am looking for $325 for the lot, if anyone is interested just send me an
