Xgl

I made some noise last week about the Xgl xserver after I saw how neat
it was running on Shane's laptop.

I tried like the dickens to get it running on my workstation (as opposed
to my wife's laptop, which is very pokey), and I couldn't get it working
properly. I inadvertently got it to work with KDE, though:

I couldn't control transparency, so it was difficult to work. If
anybody else has gotten the XGL server / compiz/gnome-window-decorator
to work, let me know - especially if it's on an Nvidia card.
