Update on the database

Hi Everyone:

Thanks for giving me the input on which database to
use.

I have decided to shoot for PHP with MySQL. The
reasons for this are:

#1. it is open source and therefore cheap;
#2. it should also be able to read datasets that are
created by SQL or
Oracle;
#3. there seems to be alot of people out there who use
it so if I run
into problems, I can ask around.
