Hi Jeff,

Use ntfsresize or grab qtparted, qtparted is a graphical app that you
can resize and create partitions. I like the systemrescue CD, it has
qt_parted and partimage and a few other utilities that are nice to have.
Qtparted will also resize ntfs partitions for you.
