What are the echo issues you are having? I was under the impression that
because of using pure digital you would remove the hybrid from your end
and then it would be up to the CO's hardware to suppress the echo. Are
you only having echo on the TDM400's or also on the PRI lines, and at
what side of the call are you getting the echo, is it the near or far side?

I am using the echo suppresor of the zaptel drivers and have had to
lower my gains down extremely low to even get the echo manageable. I got
my gains at the 14000 level and was able to loop out through the CO and
back in so I had the TX/RX correct but it still sucked. I was hoping
that by moving to a pure digital it would solve the echo. At this point,
I have echo right at the very beginning of the call for about 1 second
until the echo cans kick in. Then I get an echo sometimes during the
call also.

I have seperated my phone network to it's own switch with nothing else
on the same segment, so there is only the phone traffic on the network.
The snoms are of a better quality, the handset is where I think I was
getting some echo from the gxp-2000's, you get what you pay for.

Thanks Shane for the offer to check out your setup, if you were serious
I will take you up on it, could I bring a friend?
