He said it was because of hardware access when using the virtual
machine. Since my thread has been hijacked and no one was really
answering me anyways, how do you deal with echo cancellation and are you
using VOIP or just analog lines? If you are using VOIP what phones have
you tried and what are your opinions? I have tried the GXP-2000 from
Grandstream and recommend that you stay away from it if you are using a
TDM400p or x100p card. I have a Snom phone that I use and I like the
look and feel of it much better, it also seems to handle the echo issues
better.

What are your setups, are you using analog lines or do you have T1's or
PRI or BRI setups? If you are using the pure digital lines do you have a
problem with echo? Also, what VOIP providers are you using and have you
had success with them? I tried Broadvoice but it was hit or miss with
them as to actually getting a call to go through.
