Calling all Linux Administrators! My client, a local telecommunications
provider, is urgently seeking a talented network administrator to join their
team.
You should have at least 3 years of network administration experience with
Linux environments. You should be very comfortable performing LAN/WAN
administration and maintenance tasks. A strong understanding of PC operating
systems and software is required. You should be comfortable working with end
users, have a positive attitude, and be a great team player.
As my client’s assistant network administrator, you will provide PC desktop
support. You will also maintain, support and administer their Linux
environment. Other responsibilities will include implementing standards,
helping to develop my client’s internet business, some web development and
providing end user training as needed. You may travel occasionally to rural
Alaskan communities.
