Re: Laser etched Laptops

If anyone is really interested in having this done ...
I have a friend with one of these $20K lasers here in town. He mostly
uses it for plastic, but has done some experimenting with doing patterns
on metal. I could talk to him about this type of possibility. You would
need to come up with something in Corel Draw or something that could be
converted to Corel. You could also pay his graphic artist to come up
with it.

Keep in mind that it if you make it too personal, it could hurt the
resale value. After all, would you pay money for a laptop with [insert
name of favorite 'lugger here]'s face on it? :-)
