Needed: laptop

I'm looking for a VERY inexpensive laptop.

doesn't have to be fast. All it needs is a processor that is 400 MHz+,
RAM that is ideally as high as possible, and a disk that is 10G+.

I'm not looking to spend a lot of money. As little as humanly possible,
ideally...
