my girl's going to be moving in soon so i'm cleaning house of unused toys and things i generally don't have use for anymore. first to go, and the only thing that applies to the list, is my ipaq 5455 running the latest familiar linux with gpe. i was going to put wince back on it and throw it up on ebay but i figured some akluger might want it.

Hardware Specifications ::
Operating System: Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 (originally, now familiar/gpe)
Processor: 400MHz Intel XScale
Memory: 64 MB RAM, 48 MB ROM
Display Type: 16 bit, 64K color, 240 x 320, .24mm Dot Pitch, 3.8" diagonal / 96mm, Transflective TFT liquid crystal display
Expansion: SD Memory Slot (Supports SD/MMC, SDIO type standard), Optional expansion packs
Wireless Connectivity: Built in Bluetooth (1.1 compliant) and 802.11b
Audio: 3.5mm Stereo Mini Jack
Security: Biometric fingerprint reader
Battery: lithium-polymer removable/rechargeable 1250 mAh
Dimensions: (H x W x D): 5.20 x 3.32 x 0.62 in (133 x 84.2 x 15.9 mm)
Weight: 7.26 oz (206 g)

i also purchased a universal power kit for it so it can be powered via the cradle, AC, usb, cigarette lighter, etc. it'll come with the stock plastic screen cover case, an after-market leather case and a slick blushed-aluminum hinged case. it also has a silver slider 2 compact flash sleeve which still is a highly sought after component since it never made it into mass-production and it's about 1/3 the mass and weight of the hp/compaq sleeves.

speaking of compact flash, if anyone is interested i also have a new seagate 5gb st1 compact flash II hard drive that i've been using with the unit that can go with the unit or to anyone else who might want it. i'd really like to keep this stuff, but i've moved on from the job that required it and i'd rather not see it just gather dust. let me know...

p.s. if someone wants windows back on it i can either refresh it myself or provide the clean backup images in case you want to have the option to refresh it yourself later.
