It's working!!
I plugged in the power corde first and then the data/power and it works. Fedora auto mounts the drive and places an Icon on my desktop.
I'm using
1. FC3
2. Gnome
3. Dell PRECISION M60 Laptop
4. Wireless is working with Ndis
