I'll bring my CDs, and my laptop for some burning if need be.

I'll plug Gentoo. I love gentoo.

I have a friend who runs some distro on an Athlon64 at his job, and he
says it absolutely screams with mysql. (Not quite sure how that applies,
but y'know...)
