You can get the study guides for the licenses at barnes and noble.
Look for "Now Your Talking, all you need to get your first Ham Radio
License" (yes all of that is the name of the book). It will cover everything
you need to know about rules, regulations, Requirements, Etc.
When your ready to test..go to this link http://www.kl7aa.org/
click on the "AARC VEC Web Page" link. This will take you to the testing
schedules.
