MTA Blocking Port 25

As of today, MTA has started blocking port 25 outgoing unless you pay
$10/month for the static IP. I can see why they would do this (hijacked
computers and whatnot), but it presents me with a problem as I have to
either:
a) spend the extra $10/month instead of just using dyndns.org with my
dynamic IP
b) just setup all clients to use mail.mtaonline.net to send mail
instead, or...
c) find out if there's a way to make my sendmail route all messages
through mail.mtaonline.net instead of trying to send directly to the
receiving mail server

Anyone know if c) is possible, and if so, is it a good idea or not?

Thanks,
Justin
