IMAP to POP3

Hey guys --

I've got a client who is unhappy with IMAP (because of multiple pop3
accounts in tandem using *ack* ms outlook).

So, being that this is a new endeavor for me, do any of you have a good
reference for changing the mail service from imap to pop3? I'm just not
sure where to start, other than installing and configuring pop3. Oh, and
which pop3 should I use?

The server is RH9.
