Actually, if you dig in the forums, there are personal builds
with the yahoo fixes.
Additionally, Mandrake 10 comes with a patched version of gaim
that works with yahoo.
Suffice to say, i'm using gaim on linux and win32, and am
able to use Yahoo messenger quite successfully.
