I am have email problems. Hopefully, this only comes through once.
 
It was interesting to see the talk about the old UCSD p-code system. I
went to UCSD from 1975-1980 Knowing Pascal at that time was cutting
edge. I still like programming in Pascal now with Delphi 7.
I have found JAVA and C# to use the same object model as Delphi. JAVA
and C# is C style syntax. I find C# a superior language to JAVA even
though it is Microsoft centric. The C# design was headed up by the man
who headed up the Delphi language at Borland. He was lured away from
Borland With large amounts of money to develop C#.

I find JAVA to be just another religious war in the same way that MAC
users are reluctant to any change.
