Subject: RH 9 & glibc bug

We have a RH 9 server and it seems the updated glibc is buggy with one
of my apps. According to
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2003-136.html
The current glibc for 9.0 is glibc-2.3.2-27.9.7 which is what we are
running. Yet the bug continues so I am wondering if anyone else who uses
this version on a production server has any other version of glibc
working. It seems like the latest available.
