Subject: Replaced maildrop with dot-qmail

I'm feeling a bit smug right now: I just replaced two maildrop
'.mailfilter' files (about 80-100 lines total) with one shell script
with four lines, and about 15 new dot-qmail files with 2 lines in each.
I think the coolest thing is that the new system doesn't give me
non-mailing list posts to the my mailing list email addresses in the
mailing list folder. ;]
Finally took the time to figure out condredirect and except.
