Subject: qmail "timezone" problem

I've tried to google for an answer to this problem, but it eludes me.
Perhaps I'm just using the wrong search terms....
Basically, I have a new qmail install and for some reason, even though
the local time on the box (RH 9.0) is right (AKST/GMT-9), qmail's time
zone is set to GMT0..... how can I set qmail's time zone to GMT-9?
Here's an excerpt from a sample message....
