I think the big glaring neon sign is that 'denied by server
configuration', but I'm clueless as to what part of 'server
configuration'. Something in the httpd.conf? something in
commonhttpd.conf? something in the vhost conf? Something in the
<non-existent> .htaccess? Something totally unheard of?
