Subject: Javascript Error

Netscape returns the following error when accessing javascript from a
web site.
Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to get property
HTMLDocument.cookie
When I run Netscape as root I do not get the error which seems to
indicate to me I have a file permissions issue to resolve. The question
is: What file(s)?
Anyone have any ideas?
