I've got a connection on a server that looks like this

file_server.akeel:10000 192.168.1.119:1227 ESTABLISHED

I stopped webmin, but this connection persists. In fact it has persisted
for months. There is no .119 on this network. Is there a way to get
this connection to disappear? I haven't tried rebooting the server, but
was hoping I wouldn't have to.
