Subject: AIDEA folks on here? (Clarification)

Okay, perhaps I should clarify my intentions in posting that last message.
I'm aware that we have a few list members that work for AIDEA. I do *not*
work for AIDEA, I work for DNR.
I got a call from a person I know that works for GCI's tech support, who
had a call from a person at AIDEA saying that GCI's webmail was broken.
The problems with this are, 1) GCI's webmail was working fine (she
confirmed it from her PC, and after calling me I confirmed it), and 2)
after being told that webmail appeared to be working he was rude almost to
the point of being abusive.
I told her to send him to the SOA Service Center, which handles all IT
services for the state, but a better first step would be for this
"gentleman" to contact whomever does IT support within AIDEA, and it's
this point of contact that I'm trying to find, so when he calls GCI back
(and he keeps calling direct lines, not the technical support number) he
can be referred to the proper people...
Thanks go out to everyone offering me IT services, however as I'm a state
IT service provider already... :-)
