wget

Subject: wget

I want to retrieve the contents of a dir at http://kde.. I have some of
the packages already on my system, I saved them to a ~/kde3.1 dir. I
would like to use wget to get the full set of packages without
downloading the ones I have already saved. 'wget -N' is a timestamp
option, it is not clear to me though whether this will not download the
file if it already exists.

TIA
