"It actually takes 4=BD years to get a small business to upgrade or to
think about purchasing an upgrade to software they already own," the
Microsoft rep said. "That's a huge paradigm shift. ... We have to help a
small business see [the] value in transitioning from older software to
newer software. We need to try and bring that gap down from 4=BD years to=
something like 18 months. We need to think about programs that we can
develop and institute to help them see that value."
