Subject: cable modem speeds (attn Lief)

All the sudden my download speeds have jumped from 56-58KB/s to
110-114KB/s...
No mention of it on gci's page about it, but I noticed Lief posted a
message today on games.gci.net about it. Do you know if it is a
one-month promotion type thing, or is it permanent? Inquiring minds want
to know!
