Subject: X Configuration (Newbie)

I have installed Red Hat Linux 7.3 on a workstation that has a Diamond
Stealth 64 VRAM video card. The X server comes up with errors and fails to
start X. I am starting Linux at Level 3. I have tried running the
Xconfigurator and it automatically identifies the card as a Virge S3. It
will not let me change the video card type. After configuring the memory, 4
MB, monitor, Gateway Vivitron 17, and setting display properties, 8 bit -
640 x 480, it still fails to start. HELP!!
