Hi all, is anyone out there running win2000 pro as a client in a samba pdc environment? I just rigged my win2000 computer to logon to a samba domain but it required that I create a "root" user in smbpasswd to join the domain initially. After that I can log in using my regular "chris" user account.

Just curious if anyone out there has found a method different than enabling a root account in samba.
