Where does Mandrake stash the -devel rpms for their distro?

I'm trying to install the kernel-source rpm, and it wants the
ncurses-devel rpm, but I can't locate it. I've looked on my cds, on
the ftp mirrors, and in some of the cooker mirrors, but no luck.
